This Court entertained the writ petition on 14.01.2026 and sought instructions. 3. Today, instructions have been produced under the signature of Commandant, 28th PAC Battalion, Etawah dated 13.02.2026, which is taken on record and marked as Appendix 'A'. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Constable (M) on 03.12.1991, promoted on the post of S.I. (M) on 17.02.1995 and was posted in Etawah. However, on 15.06.2025, an order came to be passed by Respondent no.3, Deputy Inspector General of Police, PAC Head Quarters, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, transferring the writ petitioner from Etawah to Gautam Budh Nagar, however, according to the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner was relieved
