This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 14.08.2025 whereby the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad (‘the Tribunal’) has dismissed the Original Application (‘O.A.’) No. 1048 of 2021 filed by the petitioner, wherein a direction was sought to respondent no. 2 to re-fix the last drawn salary of the petitioner on the basis of promotion as Senior Technician (PED) in Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-. 4.
