The writ petitioner claims payment of the salary for the training period in light of the judgment in Writ Petition No. 44330 of 2012 (Ghanshyam Tiwari & Others Vs. State of U.P. & Others) as well as pensionary benefits. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, the Commandant, 33rd, Bn. PAC, Jhansi. 5.
