Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioners is that they are entitled for travelling allowance relatable to Maha Kumbh Mela duty with interest of 9% per month till the date of actual payment. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has invited the attention of the Court towards page-31 of the paper book to submit that it has already been sanctioned, but not paid. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order before Respondent no.3,
