The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner claims to have been superannuated from the post of Senior Clerk on 06.11.2002, however, the last pay drawn was Rs.56900/-, but now same has been altered to the detriment of the writ petitioner to the tune of Rs.52000/- in a unilateral manner behind the back of the writ petitioner. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for rectifying the said error and to decide the representation. 4. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 5.
