Heard Sri Durvesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he was posted as a Constable and had tendered his resignation, which was accepted by order dated 04.11.2025. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspector; however, according to him, the same could not materialize. The petitioner has now preferred an application seeking withdrawal of his resignation. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the order dated 04.11.2025 accepting the resignation has not been challenged in the present writ petition. However, the relief sought is in the nature of a mandamus commanding the respondents to recall and set aside the order dated 4.11.2025. 4.
