Heard Sri Alok Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vivek Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Chakbandi Lekpal on 26.09.1984 and thereafter he was posted as Chakbandi Karta on 23.01.2007 and he was promoted to the post of Assistant Consolidation Officer on 03.01.2017. He was placed under suspension on 12.02.2019. The writ petitioner was reinstated in service on 04.10.2019, however, the writ petitioner preferred a representation for grant of consequential benefits, the same came to be rejected on 23.11.2023. It is also the case of the writ petitioner that disciplinary proceedings stood instituted against the writ petitioner on 22.07.2020 thereafter a chargesheet came to be issued on 17.06.2021.
