Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that she is the wife of one Mani Ram who was posted as Prison Gurad, who died on 17.02.2024. The writ petitioner claims family pension. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that as per the document which is at page-17 of the paper book, the writ petitioner happens to be a second wife and the respondents do not possess any independent mechanism to find out as to who is the first and who is the second wife and for that very purpose, they seek succession certificate or any public document having evidentiary value. 4.
