Sri Ashfaq Ahmed Ansari, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, in which a writ, order or direction has been sought in nature of mandamus command and directing the respondent No.2 to provide marks obtained by the petitioner in Examination of Eye Testing Officer in pursuance of the advertisement No.-06-Exam/2023 dated 12.7.2023 of Examination Roll No.00001510 and its registration No.55200002905 of the petitioner forthwith in accordance with law, on account of inherent defect, with liberty to file afresh . 2.
