Heard Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Satendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for Respondent no.3. 2. On the oral request of learned counsel for the writ petitioner, he is permitted to implead the State of U.P. as party during the course of the day. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that he had applied in pursuance of selection proceeding sought to be conducted by the U.P. Subordinate Selection Commission for Recruitment on the post of Forest Guard and the writ petitioner cleared the written examination which was conducted on 14.03.2019 and he appeared in interview held on 25.03.2019 and thereafter the writ petitioner was declared successful by virtue of communication dated 15.01.2020 with regard to final selection.
