The grievance of the writ petitioners is that they had undergone a training period as Health Worker. However, they have not been paid the remuneration of one year training as per Circular dated 20.03.2020. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4.
