Heard Sri Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner happens to be a Safai Karmchari, he was placed under suspension on 15.04.2025 and thereafter reinstated on 16.06.2025 but he has not been paid salary for the said period and he was seeking salary from 15.04.2025 to 16.06.2025 and ACP of the year 2024-25 to 2025-26. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, District Panchayat Raj Officer, District Kaushambi. 4.
