The case of the writ petitioner is that she is presently posted as Anganwadi Karyakatri since 06.07.2006 and she seeks promotion on the post of Mukhya Sewika. 4. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 5. Learned Standing Counsel submits that from Anganwadi Karyakatri, the writ petitioner is to be first promoted on the post of Anganwadi Worker and then Mukhya Sewika.
