According to the writ petitioner he is working in Najarat being Prayagraj Collectorate and a quarter came to be allotted on 03.11.2022, however, the respondent no.3 is not vacating the same. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by second respondent, District Magistrate, District Prayagraj. 4.
