At this stage Shri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel submits that the liberty is to be accorded to the respondents to pass appropriate orders. 4. In the opinion of the Court, liberty is always with the respondents in accordance with law. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed off. 6.
