Heard Sri Wasim Alam, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners, who have worked during pandemic Covid-19 in the Health Department of district Budaun are claiming benefit of the Government Order dated 27.05.2025 to be re-employed in the event the health workers are being appointed through outsource agencies or otherwise against the vacant positions, may be, on contract basis. 3. It is contended that recently many appointments have been made by Chief Medical Officer, Budaun but the claim of those health workers who are known as corona warriors having discharged their duties during pandemic Covid-19, have been ignored. The Government Order dated 27.05.2025 has been brought on record as Annexure No. 3 to the writ petition. 4. Learned Standing Co
