Sri Rajesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein challenge has been raised to the order dated 02.01.2026 passed by Superintendent of Police, Amethi suspending the writ petitioner. 2. Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel submits that the writ petitioner is posted in Amethi and the authority which has passed the order is stationed in Amethi and merely because the writ petitioner is the permanent resident of Siddharth Nagar would not clothe this Court with the territorial jurisdiction. 3. Faced with the circumstances, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction. 4.
