The case of the writ petitioner is that an advertisement came to be published bearing number "5 of 2022" for the appointment on the post of Mukhya Sewika. The writ petitioner claims that though she has secured the cut off marks, but she has not been asked to appear for document verification. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for direction to the respondent no.2 to conduct document verification. 4. Sri Siddharth Singhal, who has put in appearance on behalf of Commission has apprised the Court that the cut off marks is 67.1571, however, the writ petitioner secured 61.3628 marks.
