This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 25.08.2025, whereby Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad (‘the Tribunal’) has dismissed the Original Application (‘O.A.’) No. 1096 of 2014 (Radha Bhattacharya Vs. Union of India and others) declining to set aside the order dated 25.11.2013, which was impugned in the said O.A. and has also been impugned in the present writ petition.
