The case of the writ petitioner is that he is posted on the post of Village Panchayat Secretary/Gram Vikash Adhikari in the Vikash Khand Ghorawal, District Sonebhadra. A F.I.R. was lodged against the petitioner as Case Crime No. 148 of 2018, under Section- 409 of I.P.C., Police Station Ghorawal, District Sonebhadra against the writ petitioner with regard to the alleged irregularity pertaining to an amount of Rs. 5,52,000/-, the writ petitioner claims to have deposited the amount of Rs. 2,76,000/- thereafter writ petitioner was placed under suspension on 22.09.2018 and post completion of an inquiry, the writ petitioner was exonerated and he was reinstated on 30.10.2025, however, according to the writ petitioner, the final report came to be
