Though the present petition has been preferred questioning the suspension order dated 22.07.2025 but today post passing of the order, instructions have been produced under the signatures of the Additional District Magistrate, Finance and Revenue dated 13.02.2026, according to which, the suspension order has been revoked. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The passing of the order would not take away the right of the respondents to pass a fresh order strictly in accordance with law. 4.
