Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, submits that he is well equipped with the instructions and the instructions are self-sufficient for disposal of the writ petition and he does not propose to file any further affidavit and the petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record, thus with the consent of the parties, writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Sub- Inspector on 01.11.2009 and thereafter he was promoted as Inspector in October, 2020. It is also the case of the petitioner that he was placed under suspension on 11.04.2022 on the allegation that a Criminal Case No. 232 of 2021, under Sections 366, 504,
