Mishra (AoR No.0214/12) holding brief of Sri Deshraj Garg, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the husband of the writ petitioner namely, Shiv Singh was working as Head Clerk in the office of Special Land Acquisition Officer, Banda, who superannuated on 31.03.2010 and expired on 02.09.2022. According to the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner is entitled to the ACP post completion of 16 and 26 years, GPF, family pension etc. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
