The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Police Constable on 15.02.1988 and after qualifying the departmental clerical examination in the year 2022, the writ petitioner was promoted on the post of Sub-Inspector. The writ petitioner claims to have been selected for Traffic Police training course in the year 2022 and thereafter by order dated 28.12.2022 issued by the Director of Traffic, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, the petitioner has been transferred /posted in Traffic Police in Kanpur Dehat. As per the posting order, his name finds place at Sl. No. 217. The writ petitioner joined at the transferred place as Sub-Inspector in Traffic Police, Kanpur Dehat on 06.03.2025. However,
