The case of the writ petitioner is that he has applied for recruitment on the post of Constable in in CAPFs, SSF and Riflemen in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in NCB Examination 2025. According to the writ petitioner, though there is a criminal case being Case Crime No. 0176 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 325 IPC pending against the writ petitioner and a charge sheet has been submitted, however by virtue of the order dated 24.01.2026, the writ petitioner has been required to join on 09.02.2026. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondent not to create obstructions in joining the post. 4.
