Heard Sri Hanuman Kinkar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Anup Kumar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The sole grievance of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is working as Suraksha Prahari on daily wage basis but he has not been paid the minimum pay scale. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, Divisional Forest Officer, Hamirpur Forest Division, Hamirpur. 4. Considering the submission so made across the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and certified copy of the order before the third respondent, Divisional Forest Officer, Hamirpur Forest Division, Hamirpur by 20.01.2026.
