This petition is directed against order dated 11.12.2024 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad whereby the Original Application filed by the respondent has been allowed and order dated 11.11.2014 issued by the petitioners withdrawing the second adhoc promotion has been set aside. 2. The second adhoc promotion was withdrawn with the indication that as the respondent was accorded to one adhoc promotion, he was entitled to grant of Assured Career Progression ('ACP'). 3. The Tribunal, after hearing the parties, came to the conclusion that order passed was in violation of principle of nature justice and that there was no document available/filed by the petitioner to indicate that the respondent was given one adhoc promotion and therefore, the purported second adhoc promotion was in violation of the requirements of the ACP Rules and
