A case of the writ petitioner is that he retired as Senior Medical Consultant on 06.06.2022, though there happens to be an order sanctioning the payment of G.P.F and other pentionary benefits but till date the amount has not been disbursed. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claims of the writ petitioner need examination at the first instance by the Director General Medical and Health U.P. at Lucknow, Respondent No.2. 4. Considering the submissions so made at the bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to approach the Director General Medical and Health U.P. at Lucknow, Respondent No.2 by filing a comprehensive representation along with a self attested copy of the writ petition and a certified copy of the order passed today, on th
