Sri S.K. Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioners has made a statement at bar that the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with respect to writ petitioner Nos. 5, 8, 10, 12, 16, 17, 20, 23, 27, 32, 33, 34, 37 to 47 with liberty to file fresh before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
