Heard Sri Vinay Kumar Singh (AoR No.A/V 0297/12) holding brief of Sri Anand Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he is a Sub-Inspector, who is to retire in the year 2027, however, the writ petitioner has been transferred from Bangsgaon, Gorakhpur to Devipatan Region by virtue of order dated 09.10.2025 passed by the second respondent Additional Director General of Police, Gorakhpur Zone, Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that he is to retire in the year 2027 and in view of the provisions contained in the Government Order dated 06.05.2025 para-5(V), the writ petitioner could not have been transferred. 3.
