Heard Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. Though the present petition has been preferred questioning the suspension order dated 03.09.2025 but today post passing of the order dated 05.02.2026, instructions have been produced under the signatures of the Superintendent of Police, Kanpur Dehat dated 11.02.2026, page 5 of the same, according to which on 09.02.2026, the suspension order has been revoked. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, liberty is accorded to the respondents to pass a fresh order strictly in accordance with law as and when the time occasions. 4.
