Heard Sri Irfan Ahmad Malik, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Police Constable on 25.11.1982, promoted as Head Constable in the year 1998, and further promoted as Sub-Inspector in the year 2018 and he superannuated on 31.12.2021. It is the case of the writ petitioner that pay- fixation has been done to the detriment of the writ petitioner, as the same has been reduced from Rs.62,000/- to Rs.58,600. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that unilaterally order has been passed to the detriment of the writ petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of
