Heard Sri Jaswant Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioners is that the writ petitioners were appointed on the post of constables in the different years, thereafter the were promoted on the post of Head Constable and Sub Inspector and have completed 26 years satisfactory service. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that they have not been accorded IInd ACP as Grade pay of Rs.4200/- and IIIrd ACP as Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- but the petitioners are being paid Rs.2800/- and IIIrd ACP as grade pay of Rs.4200/-. The grievance of the writ petitioners is that they be accorded benefit of IInd and IIIrd ACP after calculating the training period on account of completion of 26 years of services by adding service rendered as trainee and also to grant to increment and benefits of 7t
