The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner was employed as Daily Wage Work Charge employee on 01.07.1991 and thereafter he was accorded temporary status and confirmed on 26.11.2011. He superannuated on 31.07.2025, but he was not accorded pensionary benefits. 3. Learned State Law Officer on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.3. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the writ petitioner to prefer a comprehensive representation along with self attested copy of the writ petition and the certified copy of the order before Respondent no.3, who on the said motion shall proceed to consider the c
