Sri Anwar Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh, in which the following reliefs have been sought:- "I. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay to the petitioner the minimum of regular pay scale of Rs. 18,000/- per month in place of Rs. 5,980/- per month in view of the policy framed by the State Government on 24.09.2024 (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). II. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of the mandamus directing respondents to treat the continuous service of the petitioner for granting minimum o pay scale during the period in which the salary of the petitioner was transferred in the account of his wife. III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the mandamus restraining the nature of respondents from orally removing the petitioner from service for seeking judicial remedy
