Heard Sri Narendra Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.K. Pal, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that they are Seasonal Collection Amin who had been working since 16.11.1998, 20.11.1997 and 01.12.1997, however, there is an order of Board of Revenue for the purposes of regularization under the U.P. Collection Amin Service Rules, 1974 and the age relaxation shall also be considered by the State Government. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, District Magistrate, Sonbhadra. 5.
