Learned Standing Counsel submits that the reply shall be considered by the respondent no. 2, District Commandant, Home Guard Department, District Chitrakoot. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the writ petition is being disposed of requiring the authority to decide the writ petitioner's reply within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of the certified copy of the order. 5.
