Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jitendra Prasad, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for State-respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Seasonal Collection Amin on 19.11.1996, however, the writ petitioner recovery has been almost 70% and above but he has not been considered for regularisation/ absorption in terms of the U.P. Collection Amin Service Rules, 1974. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the third respondent, District Magistrate/ Collector, Firozabad. 5. To such a submission, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection and he gracefully accepts the same. 6.
