Heard Sri Manish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaya Prasad Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was selected and appointed as Gram Panchayat Adhikari on 27.01.2017. While the writ petitioner was performing the duties of Gram Panchayat Adhikari at Block-Pawasa, District Sambhal, the third respondent, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Sambhal passed an order dated 27.07.2019 placing the writ petitioner under suspension. A charge sheet dated 19.08.2019 came to be submitted, to which the writ petitioner tendered his reply on 20.08.2019 and thereafter on 11.09.2019, the suspension order was revoked and on 20.11.2019, Enquiry Officer came to be appointed and directed to prepare charge sheet.
