At the very outset, Sri Paritosh Joshi (A/P 1840/23) holding brief of Shri Aishwarya Pratap Shahi, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, as according to him, the present petition has not properly been constituted, wherein the following relief has observed as under: "i. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to recover the commutation amount and interest thereon after expiry of a period of 131 months (10 years and 11 months) from the date of retirement of the petitioner, ii.
