Heard Sri Anand Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Pankaj Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The writ petitioner claims himself to be a retired employee, who superannuated on 30.06.2025 as Assistant Clerk (Head Assistant). According to the writ petitioner, he is entitled to release 90% of the GPF to the tune of Rs.9,91,145/-, which according to him is entitled to be accorded by virtue of the letter dated 14.01.2026 of the Addl. Director, Treasury and Pension. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.2. 4.
