The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as a Class III employee on 27.12.1985, and he promoted as Head Clerk on 14.08.2012 and superannuated on 31.03.2025 and the petitioner no. 2 was appointed as Junior Assistant, promoted as Senior Assistant and retired on 30.06.2021. According to the writ petitioner, they are not being paid leave encashment. 3. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner shall be decided by third respondent, District Basic Education Officer, Mahoba. 4.
