A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the respondents that the writ petitioner has an alternative remedy while approaching Armed Force Tribunal having territorial jurisdiction over the matter particularly when the writ petitioner is a member of the Armed Force being Ex Naib. 3. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner could not dispute the said fact. 4. Interference is declined, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open to the writ petitioner to approach the Armed Force Tribunal. 5.
