The writ petitioner preferred Writ-A No. 8879 of 2025 which going to be disposed of requiring the respondents to decide the claim of the writ petitioner and thereafter on 20.08.2025 the order impugned came to be passed by the respondent no. 3 negating the claim of the writ petitioner. 3.
