Shri Akhil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition on behalf of the writ petitioner nos. 21 to 28, 31 to 33, 36, 37 and 41 on the ground with a liberty to file writ petition before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
