Shri Akhil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition on behalf of the writ petitioner nos. 21 to 28, 31 to 33, 36, 37 and 41 on the ground with a liberty to file writ petition before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter. Thus, liberty is accorded to writ petitioner nos. 21 to 28, 31 to 33, 36, 37 and 41 to approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter and for them, the writ petition stands dismissed. 3. The case of the writ petitioners is that all the writ petitioners are Sub Inspectors and Head Constables, who have rendered 19 years of satisfactory service.
