Heard Sri Ravi Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anoop Kumar, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel, who appears for State- respondents. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he retired on 28.02.2023 as Regional Forest Officer, however, despite approval being accorded for grant of ACP on 03.05.2018 and 30.06.2018, the writ petitioner has not been accorded the said benefits. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Divisional Director, Social Forestry Forest Division Siddharth Nagar. 5.
