Today, when the matter has been taken up, a preliminary objection has been raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that first of all, this Court may not have territorial jurisdiction, as the order impugned has been passed in Maharashtra and merely because the writ petitioner is stationed in Uttar Pradesh will not cloth any jurisdiction and further relief for disposal of the revision is also not liable to be granted, particularly when revision stands decided on 12.01.2026 by an authority stationed at Navi Mumbai. 2. Let a copy of the instructions along with order be served upon learned counsel for the writ petitioner. 3.
