Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner representation of the dated 28.06.2025, expeditiously within an stipulated period as fixed by the Hon'ble Court; (II) Issue any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the present case; (III) Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2.
