The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner happens to be a Chaprasi, who was earlier posted in Tehsil Pailani, however according to the writ petitioner though the writ petitioner was allotted the residential/accommodation E/22 on 26.02.2014, however by virtue of the order impugned dated 24.12.2025 Additional District Magistrate (Finance/Revenue), Banda has cancelled the allotment of the quarter E/2022.
