The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Tubewell Operator in Allahabad Mandal Vikas Nigam Ltd. on 27.09.1985. Thereafter the Allahabad Mandal Vikas Nigam Ltd. was disbanded and a policy decision was taken on 11.11.1993 for absorption and grant of other benefits. The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner is not being accorded the benefits while counting the services undergone in Allahabad Mandal Vikas Nigam Ltd. Allahabad in the services of the writ petitioner as Gram Vikas Adhikari in Pratapgarh on 26.11.2005 by virtue of the order dated 26.11.2005 and the writ petitioner superannuated on 31.12.2009. 3. Prayer in the present writ petition is for a direction to the Block Development Officer, Gugarapur, Kannauj, respondent no.2 for fixation
